100th Anniversary

In 1932, Rotarian Herbert J. Taylor created The Four-Way Test when he was asked to take charge of a company facing bankruptcy. Adopted by Rotary 11 years later, it has been translated into more than 100 languages, and asks the following questions:

  • Is it the TRUTH?

  • Is it FAIR to all concerned?

  • Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

  • Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
