The Rotary Foundation's Polio Plus Campaign has received a donation from former Rotarian and District Governor Fred Cotton and his wife Bette's estate in the amount of $500,000.  With a 2:1 match from the Canadian Government and 2:1 match from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation a total of $2.5 million will go to the campaign.
